A Little Bit About Deborah
I’m affectionately known as Deb, and have been blessed with many passions and gifts. I take no credit for them, as they come from the Lord, but I do take seriously the responsibility to steward them well. Vocationally, I am the Events Manager and Outreach Coordinator for the Christian Legal Aid of D.C. With over 3 decades in corporate law firms, I bring a wide range of experience and depth to the work of CLADC. I am gifted at casting vision and bringing it to fruition, which lends itself well to my work as an interior decorator and event planner. I also have a passion for women’s ministry and discipleship, getting great joy from sowing the word into the hearts of the women who are in my sphere of influence. I’m in the process of writing my first book on biblical womanhood and I couldn’t be more excited! In addition our monthly blog “Plant.Water.Harvest”, I blog regular with the ministry of Revive Our Hearts. I am a faithful member of Anacostia River Church, where I joyfully serve.
